In 2007, I co-founded 829 Studios, a digital agency specializing in website design and development. Over 16+ years, the company has become one of the nation’s leading performance marketing agencies, adding a comprehensive suite of digital marketing services that include paid search, search engine optimization, paid social, organic social, influencer, PR, email marketing, digital product design, and branding.
Fully bootstrapped, 829 has organically grown revenue and earnings every year since its inception, leading to a private-equity-backed platform investment from CIVC Partners in 2021. Today, 829’s 170+ team members support 400+ clients that include Fortune 500 brands, emerging enterprise organizations, and premium SMBs. With world-class client retention, referral-driven new business development, and exceptional employee satisfaction ratings, 829 is one of the industry’s most valuable privately-held marketing agencies.
In February 2023, I took a step back from 829’s day-to-day operations to focus on developing new business ventures; I remain involved part-time as an Owner and on the company’s Board of Directors.
